FAQ
Orders & shipping
Who ships my order?
Each item ships directly from the brand that makes it — First MFG, Milwaukee Leather, Daytona Helmets or Crazy Al's. That keeps the gear authentic and in stock.
I ordered from two brands. Why did I get two packages?
Because each brand ships from its own warehouse. You'll get a separate tracking email for each package. Same order, same checkout, just two boxes.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually leave the warehouse within a few business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment each package ships. See our shipping page for details.
Do you ship outside the US?
Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us and we'll check with the brand.
Sizing & fit
Which size chart should I use?
Always the one on the product page. We pull each brand's own chart, because a First MFG large and a Milwaukee large are not the same jacket.
I'm between sizes.
For jackets you'll wear with armor or a hoodie underneath, size up. For vests worn over a T-shirt, go with your measured size. Still unsure? Call (609) 840-2563.
How should a motorcycle helmet fit?
Snug all the way around, cheek pads pressing gently, no pressure points on your forehead. Read our helmet guide for the full fit check.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange gear?
Yes — unworn items with original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days, sale items included. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned. The full terms are in our return policy.
I added patches. Can I still return it?
No. Once patches are sewn or ironed on, the item can't be returned or exchanged. Make sure the fit is right before you take it to the patch shop.
Products
Are your helmets DOT approved?
Every helmet in our Helmets collection is labelled with its certification in the product title — DOT, or DOT + ECE 22.06. Novelty helmets are kept in their own collection and clearly labelled as not DOT certified and not intended for road use.
Do the jackets come with armor?
It depends on the style. Many jackets have armor pockets for CE-rated armor — the product description lists exactly what's included.
